Booking is simple.
1. You send over your event details: date, venue/location, timings required and which service/package you’re considering.
2. We’ll confirm availability and send over a quote based on your requirements.
3. We issue a booking form and invoice to finalise details (which includes any music preferences, must-play / do-not-play songs/ genres or playlists, plus any key timings for DJ packages).
4. Booking is secured upon receipt of a 50% non refundable deposit with the remaining balance due up to 7 days before the event. Alternatively you can pay the balance in full.
5. Once confirmed, your booking is locked in and we look forward to your event!We guide you through the process from enquiry to event day.

For weddings and peak dates, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance but we can also accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Corporate and private events can often be accommodated with shorter notice, subject to availability.

Photo Booth setups typically require up to 15-30 minutes, DJ setups require 30-45 minutes while marquees may require additional time.
